CENTRAL SCAN NOTICE
The Tioga County return board will meet in the Election Conference room, 118 Main Street, Wellsboro, PA 16901, Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:00am to pre-canvass and prepare for the central scan procedure. The Tioga County return board will begin scanning Absentee/Mail-In ballots at 8:30am that were cast by certain electors in the Municipal Primary Election held on May 16, 2023.
