However, if you wish to receive a phone or email response from the police or would like to discuss the information further with an officer, please enter an email or phone number where you can be reached.

Remember, this form should not be used to report crimes in progress or emergency situations and is not a replacement for 9-1-1. If you witness an emergency situation, please call 9-1-1 immediately.
