Fee Schedule

Effective 01/01/2019 the only statutorily authorized fees in actions for child support, spousal support and alimony pendent lite include the genetic testing fee, the federally mandated annual fee and fees associated with statewide court operations (also known as the “Judicial Computer Fee”) referenced in 204 Pa. Code, section 29.351. The current amounts charged for these fees are as follows:

Genetic Testing Fee -                               

        $18.95 per person tested, generally charged to the defendant.

Federally Mandated Annual fee-

         $25.00 per case, charged to the plaintiff in certain cases.

Statewide Court Operations fee (JCP fee)-

        $40.25 per case, charged to the defendant.
