Payment Procedures

All payments for support must be forwarded to the Pennsylvania State Collection and Disbursement Unit (PA SCDU) at P.O. Box 69110, Harrisburg, PA, 17106-9110. All payments should include the payer's social security number and the ten digit member identification number. The toll-free client number for PA SCDU is 1-877-PAS-SCDU. Payments are processed six days per week, twenty-four hours per day.

Payments may also be made through Value Payment Systems via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) by clicking here. Credit card payments can also be made in-person at the office or by calling in and providing your credit card information. Please note that a convenience fee of 2.95% is charged by Value Payment Systems for using this service.

Payments may also be made through nCourt via credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit (and VISA/MasterCard Debit) by clicking here. Please note that a convenience fee of 3% is charged by nCourt for using this service.

Both parties are required to report to the Domestic Relations Section in writing, within (7) days, any change in address, place of employment, phone number and any other change of circumstances
