PA Whole-Home Repairs Program

Tioga County has received a COVID-19 ARPA Whole-Home Repairs Program grant.  The program is a new grant and loan initiative offered through county-wide agencies to eligible individuals to address severe housing repair needs.   Grants for eligible homeowners and forgivable loans to eligible landlords are available.   Develop Tioga will be administering this program on behalf of Tioga County.  If you are in need of home repairs and interested in the program, please click on this link Develop Tioga's website for an application.  Please note:  Applications will be accepted until July 14, 2023.  Additional application periods will be offered based on available funding.  All interested parties are strongly encouraged to apply now.
