EMS Dispatch Policy

In an effort to ensure that highest quality of service for individuals contacting 911 for medical emergencies, the Tioga County Department of Emergency Services implemented a new policy for the dispatch of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) units servicing Tioga and Potter Counties.
